Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup diced ham 1 cup chopped broccoli florets 4 large eggs, lightly beaten etc.
Instructions:
Step number one. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
After that, Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in ham and broccoli until broccoli is tender and bright green, about 3-4 minutes.
