Mixed Berry Oatmeal Smoothie



Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (ground to a fine powder)
1 T chia seeds (soaked in 2 or 3 tbsp. of water for 10 minutes)
1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
1 cup almond milk
1 T honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions:
  • Step number 1. Blend everything in a blender till smooth.
  • Next, Add a little more milk if required.
  • And then, Adjust for sweetness with honey/syrup.
