1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp cold water
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup real mirin
1 inch grated ginger
And many more.
Instructions: 
Step one. Preheat oven to 400F (200C). 
After that, Add cornstarch and cold water to a small bowl and whisk until no lumps are left.  
Step 03, Add cornstarch slurry to an oven-proof baking dish, soy sauce, real mirin, ginger, garlic, honey and whisk until well combined.
