Ingredients: 3 pounds Rumba® Beef Oxtails 1½ pounds Beef Shank (Rumba Meats), trim bone and cut in 2-inch pieces 20 cups water 3 tablespoons salt 6 cloves garlic, diced etc.
Instructions:
Step number one. Bring water with salt and garlic to boil in large stockpot. Divide ingredients into two large pots if needed.
Next, Add onion, oxtails, shanks and bones; boil, lower to slow simmer and cover and cook for 2 ½ hours.
After it, Add all vegetables, raise heat to bring to a boil, then lower heat to a low simmer and cover for 30 minutes.
